Rental Criterias

You must have a valid State ID & Social Security Card. There is a $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each adult 18 yrs. old and older. We conduct a criminal background check, we also pull your credit report. Your credit score has to be a 550 or higher. No open bankruptcies, no open evictions, or evictions within the last 2 Years. We also conduct residential and employment verifications. Your gross monthly income has to be 3 times the amount of rent. We require the 1st month's rent and a Security Deposit to move in. The security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.
